Copyright Notice

Authors who publish their manuscripts in Jutriance agree to the following terms regarding copyright and licensing:

  1. Copyright Retention: Authors retain the copyright to their work and grant the journal the right of first publication.
  2. Open Access License: All articles published in Jutriance are openly accessible and licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) (Note: You can change this to CC BY 4.0 if you prefer a less restrictive license). This license allows others to:
    • Share: Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
    • Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.
    • Under the following terms: Users must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. If users remix, transform, or build upon the material, they must distribute their contributions under the same license as the original.
  3. Non-Exclusive Distribution: Authors are permitted and encouraged to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., depositing it in an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), provided that an acknowledgment of its initial publication in Jutriance is clearly stated.
  4. Self-Archiving Policy: Authors are permitted to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories, academic networks like ResearchGate, or on their personal websites) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges and greater citation of the published work.
  5. Author Warranties: By submitting a manuscript, the authors warrant that the work is original, does not infringe upon any existing copyrights, and has not been published elsewhere. The authors assume full responsibility for the content, data, and opinions expressed in their articles.
