Publication Ethic

Jurnal Abdi Masyarakat Nusantara (JURDIASRA) is committed to maintaining the integrity and quality of scholarly publications. All parties involved in the publication process, including authors, editors, and reviewers, are required to uphold the principles of honesty, objectivity, transparency, and academic responsibility.

1. Authors’ Ethics

Authors must ensure that the submitted manuscript is original, free from plagiarism, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration for publication in another journal. Authors must properly acknowledge and cite all sources used and ensure that all individuals listed as authors have made a meaningful contribution to the manuscript.

2. Editors’ Ethics

Editors are responsible for conducting the editorial process objectively, fairly, and independently, without discrimination based on the authors’ backgrounds. Editors must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and ensure that the review process is conducted in accordance with the journal’s policies and procedures.

3. Reviewers’ Ethics

Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts objectively, constructively, and within their areas of expertise. Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of manuscripts and must not use any information contained in the manuscripts for personal benefit.

4. Plagiarism and Ethical Misconduct

Manuscripts found to involve plagiarism, data fabrication or manipulation, duplicate publication, or other forms of academic misconduct may be rejected or retracted if they have already been published.

5. Conflict of Interest

Authors, editors, and reviewers must disclose any conflicts of interest that may affect the objectivity and integrity of the publication process.

6. Ethics in Community Service Activities

Authors are responsible for ensuring that community service activities are conducted with respect for the rights, privacy, safety, and interests of the communities or partners involved. Authors must also obtain any necessary consent or approval for the implementation and documentation of the activities.
